Denise Leadbetter, Attorney at Law, is the managing partner of Koster & Leadbetter, LLP in San Francisco. The firm offers a wide array of legal services with an emphasis on real estate matters, focusing on the needs of clients in the immediate Bay Area counties.  Denise has represented various non-profits in San Francisco County for real estate matters and/or navigation of the various city, county, state laws relating to funding, real property related “interface” with other government entities, and general legal compliance.

Denise grew up in South San Francisco, California, received her undergraduate degrees at San Francisco State University and then graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law.  She is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to appear before all courts of California, Federal District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Denise has been practicing law “in house” with private companies and in private law firms, since 1989.

Denise lives in Oakland with her husband and has three adult children – all San Francisco natives!
