Erin L. Holland has over 15 years of experience in operational, program, and administrative support, as well as project management. Eleven of those years have been dedicated to local government, special-purpose districts, and the education sector, which includes employee onboarding in both non-profit and public sectors. Currently, Erin is the creator of Fancy Tail Momz, a platform dedicated to supporting and celebrating moms and is a Contracts Manager with the Office of Homeless Care and Coordination. As a former Women in Leadership fellow, she holds an MBA and a BS in Human Resource Management from California State University, East Bay. Erin is committed to supporting families, fostering community progress, and advocating for change.
