I will start this forum by giving a shout-out to Barbra and the Management team for how well they circled the wagons when Marcella took her sudden medical leave, keeping the balls in the air during so much uncertainty. At first I felt very adrift, not sure what my fate would be having my boss leave suddenly, but I so appreciate how I was assured of my place here at Family Paths and am so thrilled to now be full time. Marcella built a great team of managers, kept agency info transparent within the management team so that they could pick up and carry on in her absence. Great job, everyone!
