Heather Mundell has been in Human Resources for over a decade, starting as an Office Manager and working her way up to HR Director. In 2020, Heather became a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. She believes that HR is about supporting employees with the empathy, resources, counsel, training, and development they need to fulfill the organization’s mission with integrity and efficiency. Heather lives in Solano County with her partner of 36 years, Mike, and enjoys spending time with her adult children, reading a good book, finding new recipes, and traveling.
