Ward Jr., CPDPE brings over 30 years of experience in Community Base Management, Case Management, and Program Development supporting families through his work with organizations in Alameda and San Francisco counties. As a Certified Facilitator and strong motivational speaker, Otis has directed individuals to seek personal goals and achievements, while building their self confidence. A few of the many organizations Otis has either managed or supported over the years include Operation HOPE, Inc., Alameda County Associated Community Action Program, Alameda County Social Services Agency One Stop Career Centers, Employment Workforce, CalWORKs programs, San Francisco County of The Treasurer Office, and Alameda Alliance for Health.
