Rochelle U. Collins, Secretary
Rochelle U. Collins works as an adolescent and adult Substance Use Disorder (SUD) prevention, intervention, and outpatient program for the last 21 years at Project Eden. She has her Master’s in Clinical Social and another Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from San Jose State University and Walden University. Rochelle has over 20 years of experience working with youth and families, community advocacy and organizing, social work, mental health, and substance disorders with an emphasis in culturally responsive programming. She worked with homeless youth in San Francisco, with Contra Costa County’s Black Infant Health program, and currently with LGBTQ+ youth in Alameda County. Her current program has worked closely with Family Paths and it has been a great partnership. She looks forward to being a board member and being of service to the Family Paths organization.
